The service
PRIMERA sells public positions on an online leaderboard and map ranked only by amount paid, under the Rules. It is an advertising and entertainment service. It is not a contest, lottery, gambling, auction or investment, and it offers no prize.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to contract. Businesses must be authorised to represent the business they list.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT where applicable before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. The position is created when the payment is confirmed.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
By paying you expressly ask us to publish your position immediately and acknowledge that, once it is published, the service is fully performed and you lose the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the name, Instagram handle and website you submit, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights, including image, honour, privacy and trademarks. You grant us a free, worldwide licence to display them on the service and in images generated for sharing.
Moderation
We may refuse, hide or remove any name that breaks the Rules, the law or third-party rights, or that creates legal, security or reputational risk. You can report content at migue7177@gmail.com. We explain our moderation decisions on request.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee visits, clicks, customers, reach or a minimum time in any position. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
Chargebacks and fraud
Payments that are disputed, refunded or fraudulent stop counting and the related names may be hidden.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may go to the courts of their domicile. The EU online dispute resolution platform may be available.
