Data we process
Public: the name, Instagram handle, website, flag and zone you choose, and the amounts paid. Private: your email and payment information (handled by Stripe), technical logs and IP address for security.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service you buy and sending receipts and outbid notices (contract). Preventing fraud and securing the service (legitimate interest). Tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
Recipients
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, EU region), our hosting provider and Resend (email). Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Public positions stay while the service exists unless you ask us to hide them. Payment and tax records are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to migue7177@gmail.com. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
